Instruction:
1. Download the apk
2. Make a Titanium Backup of YOUR Gmail App.
3. Move Gmail 4.2 on "system/app" with Root Explorer,
4. Remove default Gmail from "system/app",
5. Reboot the phone,
6. The gmail dissapear from aplication list,
7. Go to "system/app" click on it and
8. Select install it.
9. Launch the Gmail app, and your Gmail data will be still there.
