    Hey Man. You said to flash & boot the 147 first. Then do the 155. But I don't see a 155. I see the 169 or the 257. What one do I flash second? Please let me know. Thanks. Frank

      That was the old instructions and sorry for the confusion. As of today the current version is r257 which you will flash by it's self and you can find out more information about it from this forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1792499

      Make sure your bootloader is unlocked:
